RS Bitukold is ideally used to protect new joints, but can also be used on transverse or longitudinal vertical joints, patch repairs, trench reinstatements, drain or manhole frames and kerb channels.
For best results, make sure the surface is clean and free from loose material, oil, grease, standing water and weeds. Apply Bitukold with a soft fibre or turks head (tar) brush.

When kept correctly RS Bitukold has a shelf life of up to 6 months, keep contained in its 15kg sealed tub and away from frost and extreme temperatures.

RS Bitukold complies with BS 594987 clause 6.8 Joints, vertical face coating.
